Will I receive an order confirmation?

Once payment is verified and your order has officially been placed, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order details. In case you did not receive this, please contact us. 

Is there an order limitation?

No, in general, there are no restrictions on GOODSNJOY. However, in the case of TIMESALE products, there is a limit to one product per ID. If you purchase multiple TIMESALE products, it may be canceled.

Are the products I select always deliverable?

Normally, only items that are actually in-stock are shown online. You should not be able to add unavailable sizes or colors to your cart for purchase. If we happen to be sold out of an item you successfully ordered, we will immediately contact you and process a refund for that item.

Is it possible that sold out products will be available again at a later time?

Yes - Stock may be replenished and if you have any questions about items that are out of stock, please contact us to get a quick response

How can I place an order?

You can order at the GOODSNJOY shop 24/7. Please understand that you cannot order by email, letter, phone or fax. If you have any questions about the order process, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

We use various delivery companies such as FedEx, DHL, EMS, YSL, Sagawa Prime, Lotte Logicics, etc. The shipping cost can be seen by putting the product in the cart and entering the shipping address when purchasing it, and the customer can choose the shipping company.

Will I receive a notification once my order has shipped?

Yes, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail that includes tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, usually within 1-3 business days from when you placed your order.

What happens if I am not at home when the goods are delivered?

We do not require signatures for package delivery so packages will be left at your doorstep, front desk, or where you usually pick up packages at your place of residence.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges for my order?

You have to pay all customs duties and taxes.
